Your provider is involved before anything is prescribed or billed for treatment. Here’s the whole journey, in order.

Shop Treatments
Browse by goal, such as weight, hormones, sexual wellness, energy and recovery, and add the treatments you’re interested in to your cart. Adding to your cart isn’t a prescription. It tells your provider what you’d like to discuss.

Checkout
At checkout, you pay the physician consultation fee. You aren’t charged for treatment at this step.

Schedule Your Consult
Choose a time that works for you to meet with a licensed provider.

Medical Review
Your provider reviews your health history and goals and decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Any prescription decision is based on clinical appropriateness, and no prescription is guaranteed.

Approved & Invoiced
If your provider approves a treatment, you’re invoiced for it. Your treatment is then prepared by the dispensing pharmacy and shipped to you.

This covers your physician consultation and medical review.
Your treatment invoice
If your provider approves a treatment, you’re invoiced for it. You aren’t invoiced for treatment before then.

What am I paying for at checkout?
The physician consultation fee. That’s the cost of your provider review. Treatment isn’t billed at checkout.
When am I charged for my treatment?
Only after your provider approves it. You’ll receive an invoice for the approved treatment.
What if my provider doesn’t approve a treatment?
Your provider decides based on what’s clinically appropriate for you, and no prescription is guaranteed. If a treatment isn’t approved, you won’t be invoiced for it.
How do I schedule my consult?
After checkout, you choose a time that fits your schedule to meet with a licensed provider.
Where does my treatment come from?
Approved treatments are prepared by a licensed dispensing pharmacy and shipped to you. Always refer to the label on your dispensed medication for ingredients, strength and instructions.
